Dear Friend/Devotee,

We the temple administrative committee wholeheartedly thank you for the help, support and guidance extended by you for the smooth and successful conduct of all our temple activities.

Twelve years ago,  construction of a small temple for Dharma Saastha as per the astrological findings of the presence of Saastha in our temple, Dhwaja Prathishtta and Naveekarana Kalasam(Kumbhabhishekam)  were done with the wholehearted financial support of devotees like you.  As per the rituals of a temple Kalasam(Kumbhabhishekam) is to be conducted every 12 years to protect and increase the sanctity of the reigning deity.  Even though we were conducting  Mura Japam and Dhravya Kalasam every year along with the Prathishtadhinam of our temple, this year we are to conduct Naveekarana Kalasam(Kumbhabhishekam)  as 12 years have been passed after the last Naveekarana Kalasam(Kumbhabhishekam).  Hence the temple administration committee has decided to conduct the same from 25^th March 2018 to 01^st April 2018.

It has also been decided to conduct the annual  Sreemath Bhaagavatha Sapthaaha Maha Yajnam starting from 24^th March 2018 and ending on  01^st April 2018, the Prathishtadhinam of our temple.

An expense of about Rs 10 lakhs has been expected for the conduct of all the above activities. This herculean task will be possible only with the wholehearted help and support in all ways by people like you.

Devotees can make the following as offerings to Lord Mahavishnu and the sub-deities (Siva- Parvathy, Ganapathy, Dharma Saastha and Yogeeshwara(Brahmarakshassu)) of our temple during these days.

1. One day’s Aachaaryaas Dakshina Rs 10000/-
2. One day’s Annadhanam Rs 6000/-
3. Chuttuvilakku                         Rs 6000/-
4. Flowers for one day’s function          Rs 3000/-

5. One day’s Sampoorna Ney Vilakku    Rs 2000/-

6. One portion of Chuttuvilakku Rs 1000/-
7. One Kalasam Rs1000/-
8. Small Nirmala                                    Rs 500/-
9. Pooja Items                                     Rs 500/-

Devotees who contribute Rs 10000/- and above will be included in the 10 years Pooja Scheme of the temple and a day’s pooja in the name of a person specified on any date in a year. Trikala/Karkitaka Pooja will be conducted during the coming Karkitakam/Aadi month in the name of a person specified by the devotee who contributes between Rs 5000/-  and Rs 9999/-

നവീകരണ കലശം

ദേവശരീര്മാണ് ക്ഷേത്രം. കാലം ചെല്ലും തോറും ഇതിനു വിവിധങ്ങളായുള്ള ശോഷങ്ങള്‍ സംഭവിക്കാം. ഇത് മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന വിപരീത ഫലങ്ങള്‍ നാട്ടിലും നാടുകാര്‍ക്കും ബാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദേവന് അനുകൂല കലകളായ ചൈതന്യ വത്തായി നില കൊണ്ടാല്‍ മാത്രമേ നാട്ടിലും നാടുകാര്‍ക്കും സമാധാനവും സ്വര്യവും ലഭിക്ക്കുകയുള്ളു. ആയതിനാല്‍ ക്ഷേത്രാചാര പ്രകാരം 12 വര്‍ഷത്തിലൊരിക്കല്‍ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍L നവീകരണ കലശം അഥവാ കുംഭാഭിഷേകം നടത്തി ദേവ ചൈതന്യം നിലനിര്ത്തുകയും വര്ധിപ്പിക്കേതായിട്ടും ഉണ്ട്. ഇതിനായി നവാകരണ കലശങ്ങള്‍ നടത്തുന്നു.

മുളയിടല്‍

നാലമ്പലത്തിനകത്ത് വടക്കേ ഭാഗത്ത് മണിക്കിണാറിനു സമീപത്താണ് മുളയറ ഒരുക്കുന്നത്. മുറി പ്രത്യേകം അലങ്കരിച്ച് ശുദ്ധിചെയ്ത് പത്മമിട്ട് നവരനെല്ല്, യവം, തിന, വൻപയർ, ഉഴുന്ന്, എള്ള്, തുവര, കടുക്, ചാമ, മുതിര, ചെറുപയർ, അമര എന്നിവയുടെ വിത്തുകൾ നനച്ച് 16 പാലികകളിളാക്കി പൂജിച്ചശേഷം സോമനെ ആവാഹിച്ച് മുളയറയിൽ വയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ് മുളയിടൽ. എല്ലാദിവസവും മുളയിൽ പൂജനടക്കുന്നു.
